Returns POLICY

Please read our returns policy carefully.

No refunds will be given for any item(s) you have purchased from Nicola Russell Boutique.

 

Exchanges will be considered by notifying our customer services team within 14 days of receipt of purchase. 

We will not accept back worn, used, altered or self damaged item(s).

We may not be able to offer you an exchange if the value of an item(s) is diminished by something you have done for example.

  • Worn

  • Hygiene reasons

  • Perfume

  • Marks/Make Up

  • Lotions

  • Tags or Labels removed.

Cost of postage for returning swimwear to Nicola Russell Boutique together with any replacement swimwear will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once a replacement or otherwise has been agreed by our customer service team, an invoice will be raised for the replacement cost of the postage.

The customer is responsible for all return postage and therefore we suggest using Royal Mail Track and Trace method of postage when returning your item(s) to Nicola Russell Boutique

 

 Nicola Russell Boutique will not be responsible for item(s) lost in transit when being returned.

 

Upon receipt of your returned item(s) by Nicola Russell Boutique, exchanges will be considered within 7 days. 

 

All exchanges (to the same value) will be notified to you. If approved you will be able to exchange for another item(s) to the same value.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All sale items are non-refundable.

 Sale items can be exchanged, if an exchange is not available a credit note can be provided.

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you.
